At-home detox allows individuals to go through the detoxification process in the comfort of their own home, with support from medical professionals who provide supervision either remotely or through scheduled visits. This approach offers a more personal, discreet setting that can ease the emotional and physical difficulty of early withdrawal. Care plans are tailored to each person’s circumstances, with providers monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed for a safer, more supportive experience.
At Worthy Wellness in San Diego, we don’t provide inpatient detox onsite, but we help you take that first step by connecting you with trusted local detox centers. Our team works closely with you to ensure a safe, comfortable transition into the next phase of recovery.
Once detox is complete, we offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), along with gender-specific Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), so you can continue your journey in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
