Worthy Wellness provides personalized women’s treatment programs in Carlsbad Village by the beach, California. Founded by Samantha Paige in September 2022, our facility operates with a philosophy of individualized treatment approaches rather than a “heads and beds” mentality, demanding excellence in every aspect of care.
Our evidence-based treatment includes individual therapy with licensed therapists (LCSW), comprehensive group therapy programming, psychiatric services, and holistic therapies including equine therapy, sound bowl healing, yoga, and breath work. We provide specialized services including GeneSight testing for medication optimization and comprehensive medical panels including STD screening and iron deficiency assessment.
Under the leadership of our CEO and Founder Samantha Paige, a former Fox News employee with 8 years of experience in sober living management, our team of 23-25 employees plus independent contractors includes psychiatrists, licensed therapists, case managers, nutritionists, personal trainers, an executive chef, and a sound bowl practitioner.
We offer PHP (4-month average duration), IOP (5-day and 3-day options), and OP programs with telehealth capabilities, serving clients with dual diagnosis, mental health only tracks, and trauma-focused treatment approaches.

Our Carlsbad Village facility opened September 7, 2022, approaching our 2-year anniversary of providing exceptional care in this beachside location. The facility features full kitchen facilities where our executive chef prepares custom daily juices, comfortable treatment spaces, and all amenities photographed with real facility images rather than stock photos.
Located in Carlsbad Village by the beach, our facility provides the therapeutic benefit of coastal proximity while maintaining easy access to San Diego County’s established treatment corridor. The peaceful beachside setting supports healing while remaining connected to comprehensive healthcare infrastructure.

Morning: Individual Assessment and Medical Integration
Morning programming begins with comprehensive individual assessments including licensed therapist meetings, psychiatric evaluations, and case management services, with all clients seeing multiple team members on day one of admission.
Custom daily juices prepared by our executive chef support nutritional wellness and provide personalized daily care touches.
Midday: Group Programming and Peer Support
Comprehensive group therapy curriculum addresses trauma, recovery skills, and peer support in our daily group programming structure designed to address the complex needs of dual diagnosis presentations.
Nutritional support from on-staff nutritionists and specialized dietitian services for eating disorder history clients.
Afternoon: Holistic Therapies and Specialized Services
Holistic programming includes equine therapy, sound bowl healing, yoga, breath work, and self-defense training specifically designed for women, along with personal trainer services for comprehensive wellness.
GeneSight testing and comprehensive medical panels including STD screening and iron deficiency assessment provide complete medical integration.
Evening: Request Fulfillment and Individualized Care
Evening hours focus on fulfilling individual client requests from weekly request sheets, with our “sky’s the limit” approach to personalized care and individual treatment plan adjustments.
