Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Samantha Paige, who brings 8 years of experience managing and operating sober living facilities, our clinical team includes psychiatrists, case managers, and licensed therapists. Our unique approach ensures clients see a psychiatrist within 2 hours of admission, far exceeding industry standards of 72+ hours.
We offer PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program with 5-day and 3-day options), and OP (Outpatient Program) with telehealth capabilities. Program durations average 4 months for PHP, with flexibility ranging from 2 weeks to 17 months depending on insurance coverage and individual progress.

Morning programming includes medical services with psychiatric consultations and individual therapy sessions with licensed clinicians. Clients receive custom juices prepared daily by our executive chef to support nutritional wellness.
Midday: Group Programming & Holistic Therapies
Midday activities focus on group therapy sessions and holistic therapeutic interventions including equine therapy, sound bowl sessions, yoga, and breath work. Comprehensive nutritional support provided by on-staff nutritionists and dietitians.
Afternoon: Specialized Programming & Fitness
Afternoon programming includes specialized therapeutic activities and fitness programs with personal trainers. Jiu-jitsu available for men and self-defense programming for women as part of empowerment-focused treatment.
Evening: Case Management & Treatment Planning
Evening hours focus on case management, treatment planning, and preparation for next-day programming. Individualized approach ensures each client’s specific needs and requests are addressed through weekly request sheet system.
