Our facility opened September 7, 2022, and serves 20-27 clients on average with individualized treatment plans created by CEO Samantha Paige, who personally answers calls and oversees each client’s care.
Our evidence-based approaches include individual therapy with licensed therapists (LCSW), group therapy programming, holistic therapies including equine therapy, sound bowl, yoga, and breath work. We also provide specialized services including fitness programs, nutritional support with on-staff nutritionists, and comprehensive medical care.
Our clinical team includes licensed therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, nutritionists, personal trainers, an executive chef, and a sound bowl practitioner. Clients receive psychiatric evaluation within 2 hours of admission, exceeding the industry standard of 72+ hours.
We offer multiple levels of care including Partial Hospitalization Program (4-month average duration), Intensive Outpatient Program (5-day and 3-day options), and Outpatient Program with telehealth capabilities for ongoing support and out-of-state clients.

Morning: Individual Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy sessions with licensed therapists focusing on personalized treatment goals. Sessions can be conducted in-person at our Carlsbad Village facility or through secure telehealth platforms.
Midday: Psychiatric Consultation
Medication management and psychiatric consultation as needed. Our psychiatrists provide ongoing medication optimization including GeneSight testing results review.
Afternoon: Group Programming
Alumni meetings and peer support programming. Wednesday night alumni meetings provide ongoing connection with facility community and recovery support.
Evening: Continuing Care Planning
Treatment plan review and continuing care coordination. Telehealth options ensure continued accessibility for ongoing care regardless of location.
