We maintain comprehensive clinical programming with licensed therapists (LCSW), psychiatrists, case managers, nutritionists, personal trainers, and an executive chef providing custom juices daily.
Medical leadership ensures rapid psychiatric evaluation, with psychiatrists seeing clients within 2 hours of admission – significantly faster than the industry standard of 72+ hours. Our team includes 23-25 employees plus independent contractors, managing 43 people daily with plans to hire Executive Director and Program Director positions.
We offer multiple levels of care including PHP (4-month average duration), IOP (5-day and 3-day options), and OP with telehealth capabilities. Our supportive housing includes 5 houses (1 men’s, 4 women’s) operated through our separate LLC entity, Worthy Wellness Living.

Midday: Group Programming & Nutritional Support

Jiu-jitsu available for men’s programming, self-defense for women’s programming, with personal trainers providing fitness support.
Evening: Family Integration & Alumni Support
Evening programming includes family sessions when appropriate and alumni meetings on Wednesday nights. Clients in supportive housing (21 out of 23 current clients) receive continued supervision and support.
Pet-friendly environment supports emotional stability throughout evening programming and housing transitions.
