Founded by Samantha Paige in September 2022, our facility operates with a “not heads and beds” philosophy, creating personalized treatment plans for each client based on their unique needs and weekly request sheets.
Our evidence-based approaches include individual therapy with licensed therapists (LCSW), group therapy programming, holistic therapies including equine therapy and sound bowl sessions, and comprehensive psychiatric care. Clients receive GeneSight testing for medication optimization and full medical panels including comprehensive blood work and health assessments.
Under the leadership of CEO and Founder Samantha Paige, who brings 8 years of experience managing sober living facilities and a background as a former Fox News employee, our team includes 23-25 employees plus independent contractors managing 43 people daily. Our clinical team consists of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, nutritionists, personal trainers, an executive chef, and specialized practitioners.
Our IOP intensive outpatient program serves clients in both 5-day and 3-day options, with telehealth capabilities for continuing care. We offer dual diagnosis treatment tracks for SUD primary and Mental Health primary clients, as well as mental health only treatment for clients with no substance use history, with all programming incorporating trauma-focused care.

Morning: Assessment and Individual Therapy
Morning programming begins with individual therapy sessions with licensed therapists (LCSW) and psychiatric consultations as needed. Clients receive comprehensive assessments including medical panels and GeneSight testing for medication optimization.
New admissions meet with licensed therapist, psychiatrist, and case manager on day one for complete treatment planning.
Midday: Group Programming and Holistic Therapies
Midday sessions focus on group therapy programming with comprehensive curriculum addressing dual diagnosis needs. Holistic therapies including sound bowl sessions, breath work, and yoga are integrated into daily programming.
Nutritional support provided through on-staff nutritionists and daily custom juices prepared by executive chef.
Afternoon: Specialized Services and Case Management
Afternoon programming includes specialized services such as equine therapy sessions, fitness programming with personal trainers, and individual case management meetings. GeneSight testing and medical panel results are reviewed and integrated into treatment planning.
Clients with eating disorder history receive specialized dietitian services during afternoon programming.
Evening: Alumni Integration and Aftercare Planning
Evening programming includes Wednesday night alumni meetings with former clients as speakers, aftercare planning sessions, and preparation for treatment transitions between program levels as appropriate.
