Our unique approach includes pet-friendly programming and a client request system with weekly request sheets and a “sky’s the limit” approach to meeting individual needs.
Our evidence-based treatment approaches include individual therapy with licensed therapists (LCSW), comprehensive psychiatric care, and specialized holistic therapies including equine therapy, sound bowl sessions, yoga, and breath work. We offer GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing for medication optimization and maintain a trauma-informed care approach, as all clients present with trauma components requiring integrated treatment.
Our clinical team includes licensed therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, nutritionists, personal trainers, an executive chef, and a sound bowl practitioner. Clients receive real-time medical care with psychiatrist evaluation within 2 hours of admission, significantly exceeding industry standards of 72+ hours for psychiatric evaluation.
We offer PHP (4-month average duration), IOP (5-day and 3-day options), and OP programs with telehealth options. Our dual diagnosis treatment includes both SUD primary and Mental Health primary tracks, with the flexibility to transition between tracks as needed during treatment.

The facility accommodates 20-27 clients with supportive housing options through our separate LLC entity, Worthy Wellness Living, which operates 5 houses: 1 men’s and 4 women’s facilities.
Located in Carlsbad Village by the beach in California, our facility provides easy access to therapeutic beach activities and maintains real facility photography rather than stock images to accurately represent our treatment environment.

Morning: Medical Check-ins & Individual Therapy
Daily medical monitoring and individual therapy sessions with licensed clinicians, including psychiatric medication management and assessment of dual diagnosis symptoms. Custom juices prepared by our executive chef are available throughout the morning programming.
Midday: Group Programming & Specialized Therapies
Comprehensive group therapy curriculum addressing dual diagnosis education, trauma processing, and coping skills development. Specialized services may include GeneSight testing consultation and nutritionist meetings for clients with eating disorder history.
Afternoon: Holistic Therapies & Fitness Programming
Holistic therapy options including equine therapy, sound bowl sessions with our on-staff practitioner, yoga, and breath work. Fitness programming includes jiu-jitsu for men and self-defense for women with personal trainer supervision.
Evening: Case Management & Treatment Planning
Individual case management sessions, insurance coordination, and treatment plan reviews. Family sessions scheduled on case-by-case basis, and preparation for next-day programming and goal setting.
